Therapeutic groups offer a space to explore your experiences alongside others, guided by a licensed therapist.

Group work combines reflection, shared insight, and structured conversation, creating opportunities to better understand yourself, your patterns, and how you relate to others.

Why Group Therapy

Group therapy offers something individual work cannot.

How I Facilitate

My approach to group work is thoughtful, structured, and relational. Groups are guided in a way that encourages reflection, respectful dialogue, and meaningful participation, while creating a space that feels both supportive and grounded, with room for depth, honesty, and moments of shared humanity along the way.
