I’m Wilanda and welcome to my humble, virtual world! I am a licensed therapist and wellness coach. I am your hotshot for topics involving mental health and wellness. As someone who wears many hats and identifies as a person of influence, I witnessed firsthand how it is important to heal, grow and balance life in order to service my tribe effectively. 

I have been working in the field of psychology for over ten years, servicing hundreds of people and essentially saving lives, one therapeutic word at a time. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Felician University (formerly known as Felician College). My internships and jobs granted me some autonomy on how I wanted to work with my clients. As a result, I focused on and implemented short-term groups, focusing on healing from a holistic standpoint.

My pathway towards being a professional leader in my field came with many bumps in the road that I was not prepared for when I decided sis was going to be her own boss one day. I was not managing my days wisely, essentially putting my mental and physical health in danger. After realizing I was the biggest hypocrite and not practicing what I preached to my clients and patients, I literally came to a screeching halt and said, “Enough is enough; I’ve got to do better!” From there, I quit my job and started working on my physical and mental health. I now practice using the proper tools and approaches in order to keep my life in check.

Today, as someone who walks the talk, I help influencers and leaders tackle matters experts face in order to strengthen their physical and mental health. Bettering yourself is a life-long journey and with me as your coach, you can be sure that the evidence-based research applied, will bring you results!
